Day 7 Workout

Today was "lower back" day. Not too bad. I am so excited that my body isn't in allot of pain anymore. I am definately sore after each workout but I am walking better and the pain isn't as bad as last week. Last week was pretty dang bad. I actually didn't know your body could hurt like that.

My foot was really bothering me today so I did the bike instead of the treadmill. It was a good workout and the time went by really fast.

Tomorrows workout is shoulders - woo hoo!
